If they raise 15% (avoiding SH approval) there will be circa 1.4B shares on issue post CR (if there is a CR). If you recall the Bergen arrangement, share-issues were setup as a facility and drawn when required. So depending on what funding arrangement is decided upon it may only be incremental draw-down.
