idhahbi. U raise some valid concerns. Look at a post from Camden55 on an earlier CSV thread which cvers several of these issues. The high goodwill IS a concern. CSV has reasonable surity in earnings as most printers are on tight 4 yr contracts. Of course if SME goes bust the contract is meaningless. In addition NT Govt renewed their IT wk with CSV. med risk/high reward play.
