    I thought Spain was a Eurozone issue rather than an EU issue.

    Insolvent banks are a global issue so perhaps the World Bank and IMF should recapitalise all the banks around the world, including the insolvent Chinese banks. Where and when will this madness end? Why are banks allowed to grow so large and lend so much to create massive asset bubbles everywhere?
