Because someone bought shares on market and there was very little volume on the sell side.
It dropped on fairly low volume and will rise on low volume.
As everyone keeps stating- the key here is the bunawan application. Once the permit is good to go- then the real action will begin one way or another. Until then it will prob rise and fall on little action.
