    Can anyone clarify something with me - at the agm it would seem the resolution to initiate a possible placement was not ratified - if this is the case can anyone tell me how management can raise funds in this environment - is this a blatant attempt to get rid of current management. - I stand to be corrected on my interpretation - any views???
