At the risk of being shot down for asking a blatantly stupid question....... I thought shareholders were being given 5% of the company. The number of shares I now hold is only 1% of my previous holdings?? It is the same overall value as the shares are trading at $3.85 but I was expecting to be holding a large number of shares.
