The 100:1 share consolidation occurred last week. So yes, for every 100 shares you held you now hold 1.

This is why the SP multiplied by 100 or so and your total holding value is relatively unchanged. Example:

    Pre-consolidation: 100 shares @ $0.0385
    Post-consolidation: 1 share @ $3.85

The recap / dilution hasn't occurred yet. The Federal Court still needs to give their final approval to the Schemes, which is scheduled for this Friday I believe. If approved, the recap becomes effective the next business day.

Once the recap happens, the current consolidated shares on issue, approx. 3.48m will represent 5% of the new total shares on issue. In other words, there will be 69.6m new shares on issue once the recap goes through.

The question remains what are the shares worth post recap. KPMG suggest implied (their estimate of) equity value per share is $0.27 (low) - $1.11 (high) based on the valuation approach in their Independent Expert Report.

That suggests the price will fall between 71-93% from current levels if the market agrees with KPMG. Of course the price will only adjust if people trade their holdings.
