Those so called performance shares were cleverly formulated over 12 months ago when Steiner Price got involved. They got involved when it was called SAH and was basically a shell. Thats what these guys are good at (DYL a classic example). They did a capital raising at 5c with a 1 for 1 free option. When the "performance shares" come out of escrow expect them to be sold immediately. Whilst some of the performance shares are for directors a majority are for the promoters of KSX. A clever idea calling them performance shares. What a joke!
Ive said it time and time again but Im afraid to say that KSX will fall sub 19c as soon as that paper arrives in the letterbox. Watch it crumble in this environment.
The arb between ords and options will exist forever especially since trillions of the options were given away for free.
On another note anyone notice POS get smashed to oblivion today?
