Here we go again, SEN +16% in absence of company news.

the federal govt's decision to build a A$1.35 billion cybersecurity trough for companies to get their snouts into could be price supportive for SEN's SP.

"The Federal Government wants to create more than 500 new jobs in its highly secretive cyber intelligence agency as part of what it says is Australia's largest-ever investment in cybersecurity.

"Key points: The $1.35 billion package includes $31 million to improve the Australian Signals Directorate's ability to disrupt cyber crime; A further $118 million will be used to expand its data science and intelligence capabilities."

Federal govt MPs, foreign-owned companies, miners and the already wealthy have all shown the fabulous wealth that can accrue by getting their snouts into a govt-provided trough.

the jump in the SP could signal SEN is about to go down the same route through supply of black boxes,, which in due course could provide a timely boost to my super fund.
