There's been some obvious accumulation and activity going on the last couple of months and the buy stack at .001 becoming quite enormous now and chewing up the .002's. Makes me wonder if a cheap takeover offer might be in the works. Mop up and absorb all you can at minimum levels before lobbing in a half cent takeover bid? All just a guess, I'm probably miles off. The disgraceful lack of communication from management doesn't help understanding the situation.
