what keeps the price down??

Mosaic oil has so much going for it , but the price stays down. Fundamentals are looking great. Last announcement 50% more gas in the churchie gas field. The Kimu gasfield in PNG that could become a money spinner. The Ajax oil prospect soon to be drilled. The 6 new wells soon to be drilled by themselves. The 1.5 million profit they just announced. All the money they have in the bank. ect ect. What is stopping the share price from reaching at least the 20 cents mark??
I have a funny feeling that it will start flying soon and what ever made it stop from rising will not be able to do that any longer. Keep a close eye on this one.
