I have been following this one and the uranium sector as this seems to have a lot of potential. Heavy resistance was encountered at the previous highs 1.20-1.22 - it looks like taking alot to get through this. In the meantime I see a rising trend across the lows and that we could be looking at a very nice ascending triangle pattern - thats what I think will happen. Negative market sentiment is checking this sector as in resources in general. I think it would have gone off on better sentiment, but that sooner or later it will. To me it can go down and touch briefly low 80s and that will be the formation of a very healthy chart pattern leading to a break on 1.22 in the not too distant future.
