I thought I would start a new thread re post acquisition of the assets by CSD, most likely soon after the EGM.

The reason for this is that, IMO, it is time to focus on the future rather than discussing issues which are unlikely to have any impact on the vote.

Mr Si He Tong controls SPI and SPI controls SPM. Hence Mr Tong will effectively be controlling CSD. He does not have any mining interests other then CSD and is involved in real estate, banking, insurance and manufacturing and also operates an antique and painting exhibition.

CSD has been managing the mining operations of SPM. It is my view that Mr Tong will allow the CSD management to continue with the great work and give them a "free hand" to continue with the work. There will be a smooth transition. I do not see the significant holdings by SPI/SPM as anything other than an ordinary s/h wanting the best outcome from their holdings, reflected in an appreciating share price.

IMO CSD management is raring to go and is set to make a great splash on many fronts. I can just see Ralph with his plan of action being executed from day 1 at a great rate!!
