If this unsourced rumour were to prove to be correct, it would probably be a matter of concern to a company which was just starting out building a plant. Naturally, Syrah, with construction at Balama almost complete, would be unlikely to be affected. From the fact that schedules have shown no slippages since construction commenced (apart from the addition of one more unit in the refining plant), it's clear that project management has been tight and effective.
