click on the "Novel Targeted Therapeutics" button and you will see that one of the areas that Merck are not interested in (early or late stage) Personalized immunotherapy / autologous therapies.

Several other of the major players have also stated this over the years, but it would take me a while to find the info. You may find it on their respective websites under R&D. They are more interested in oral treatments for chronic conditions, as this is where the money is.

Doesn't mean there isn't any money to be made in personalised therapies, just that most biotechs will have to do it under their own steam, at least until BigPharma changes their mind.
