RNT uses NOV to process the payments. Its obviously an integration problem, and yes quite disappointing, especially the time frame. However, having done numerous integrations and new API connections (using NOV's emersion billing platform) I can tell you its not all peaches and cream, there are always some sort of issues that need to be ironed out. I know the guy that's responsible for RNT's integration and he's a very capable. It will be sorted out.

And let's just be thankful that RNT didn't go full steam before making sure the system works 100%. Greg's strategy is spot on. We just have to have patience.
