110% I have stated in all my posts there is no substance to the SP . It will keep falling as there is no reason it can sustain a $50 million market cap . Injecting $2.75 million from a substantial shareholder is no guarantee of success.
Again the board has failed to negotiate with industry and suggesting this is a property technology or disruptive company is not so.
They might have cash or be break even but in the short term the SP will wither away until they make a deal with a Real Estate Franchisor and drop their fees to Tenants
Beware holders you will soon loose all your equity you thought you had ....
