I dont know much about CDR although I have been doing a little research now. It seems as though they had a profit downgrade from $30 million to $4 million.
Despite likely lower occupancy levels this year, increased fees, and what will likely be a few one off charges for consulting and the like, as far as I understand CNP is not expected to have major changes to its operating incoming and that would probably (by my guess) be the fundamental difference.
Not to mention that CNP has real-life-decent assets, which IT companies tend not to have.
Could someone more knowledgeable confirm or deny what I am saying?
