Hmmm, .....summing up:

Anshof 2 sidetrack:
Adx did not drill the side track of the oil well Welchau 2a now or else Adx misses the time window during winter to drill the Welchau 1 gas exploration well. Because of this situation Adx has extra costs for rig down, transport and rig up. It is the purpose of appraisal wells to find the oil water contact. Unfortunately Welchau 2 hit the water respectively the oil water transition zone hopefully?

The Welchau 1 is not as deep as Molln 1 and perhaps (?) Molln 1 is in the environmental protected zone. Probably this are the reasons that Welchau will not be drilled on the same location as Molln 1 which would be the best location with the best chance to find the same gas again as OMV, 30 years ago.

Fingers crossed Adx is not anymore an unlucky oil & gas company.
