There is a huge difference between bottom fermentation, continuous process, keg beers for Pubs,, and batch type top-fermentation Craft Beers.
Temperature for one. Flavour for 2. And never the twain shall meet.
With your Craft Beers, don't drink them as cold as you would draught beer. A bit warmer allows the flavour to shine through.
