It certainly seems there is a problem with the prospectus and meeting notice. With 28 days notice required it seems almost certain 31st October for completion cant be met.
Until there is news of any kind the sp will continue its pattern of downward trend. A spike in volume could potentially be signal of news. So until then tgere is little to do but wait.
I expect there is NO need to expedite the acquisition by either party now as development of tech appears to be incomplete as Shanny stated.
On positive note l see from the IV script a major moby coy os on the list.
