price down because the deal is being made with Australian Gov to kick in 50% of commercialization funds. They want there customers to get in cheap. Kentgrove knows the equity raise is going to happen so they are shorting into it to get the best equity deal.
Nothing new here... once the big boys have their shares then the price moves up.
