Converse way of seeing it banks and TLS up because interest rates are low. Lowered to stimulate business cylce. Normally large caps go up first then small caps & metals a spart of cycle.
Not certain on direction of gold but see large emerging markets underweight it and will contiue to buy. High $A is the african is the woodpile. (Sorry couldn't resist pun, only partially PC as yet).
