Just to add to this here is the rebalance weightings for the MVIS REMX index for Q3 2021 which shows LTR at a proposed weighting of 4.5%. This rebalance by MVIS cam out on 10th September based on closing prices on the previous Wednesday. Van Eck would have only been buying LTR since the 10th of September so check how that fits with your change in SP.
