There is a BIG difference on whether we are talking about 30 new recommendations or 30 new conditions. I don't see how that wording can be interpreted in any other way other than what it says. I think it is best to wait on an announcement regarding this article as if it really is 30 new conditions, LYC should tell them to jump and i'll gladly sit tight and wait for years until they sort it all out in another country. I just don't see it being 30 new conditions??? At the end of the day LYC has the goods still and they are not going anywhere, so boo hoo for Malaysia if it came to the crunch. The scenario you pointed out is really beyond the joke.
