QMN hasn't enough money to prove up a company making resource although it has alluded to some possible large reserves. The market remains skeptical.

Neither can QMN fund production.

So essentially QMN is in a weak position trying to bring in a partner.

QMN needs to stop stretching the cash beyond breaking point, do a major cap raising and produce in its own right. Once in a strong position partners will want a share but too early yet.

By major cap raising I mean a 1 for 1 at say 8 cents.
