The global markets are out of his control.
Due to QMN failing to trend up, in anticipation of JV, should a JV be established I expect a big spike with lots on lots of volume like in previous announcements. The question is whether or not QMN can manage to sustain the rise in price and not retrace back like it has currently done.
My sentiment is buy as it is now day trader paradise buying up today.
