unfortunately , no assets left to sell and what they bought is just an ongoing liability , added all the eggs in one basket , products are very hard to sell and prices going up and up . They are struggling for cash and hence the ongoing presentations for someone to give them money to waste again . EBITDA IS 8 m excluding next stellis deferred liabilities which if added back would mean that no return to cash generation any time soon .
