I asumed "Craig" was the MYX IR comtact and "she" as in the downgrade was off an incorrect starting base" and "she explains" was the Wilson's ana;lyst.
I don't have the Wilson's analysts report so not sure if the "headline downgrade is large" refers to the 4% lowering in target price.
In my experience Brokers generally have a bias one way or the other, depending on the relationship/business interest with the particular company and I'm not sure if IR departments get into the nitty gritty of analysts price targets or how they are determined.
