The answer is simple Charts . The Directors do not have enough skin in the game. Should it be a prerequisite that Directors either purchase shares upfront ( if able) or be required to contribute regularly to do such. Many companies particularly mining give staff this option. It generates good culture, pride and increased productivity as well as pride. Our Directors are and always have been slimey useless.
