Mayne publicity stated three times (if I recall corectly) that they expect results in line with previous guidance and have not repeated themselves again (yet).
I just googled "Mayne and DOJ" and found a Press Release from 30 November 2023 from Mayne that in part states in relation to a 2018 matter that;
".... not indicated that it intends to bring criminal charges against the company" and names two identities.
My understanding from the release is that the matter is dormant and not expected to proceed.
If there is any further information that has been released by DOJ or Mayne in the meantime? I'd like to read it. Does anyone has a good reference point.
