If I recall correctly in their last update MYX stated that they had purchased a higher amount of Nextstellis in the previous quarter (12 months supply?) to ensure that they had sufficient stocks in case of any delays in supplies due to the Mithra sales process.
I could be wrong, and I'm sure you are on top of MYXs operations and can correct me.
