Just checked Stockman Short Report, and as I thought it's not that high.

.65% at May 6th
.76% at July 8th
.91% at latest

The stock price went from $ 7.16 on May 6th to $ 4.27 on July 8th (approximately 4 week period) and then continued to decline.

As often discussed on this forum. with no apparent reason and despite the CEO's affirmation that the business was on track. (Although a poster did some calculations that may have pointed to two major investors selling down)

Acknowledging the $ 34 million legal settlement and the GR takeover of Mithra, the two rhetorical questions I have are;

Is the company now in a better position financially than it was in May when it was trading in the $ 7s

and

How long will it take to regain that level ( in light of the unexplained punishment of the stock and changed macro environment - including interest rates)
