The lowest price paid in the previous BB was $ 2.99 and the highest of $ 6.27 was on 21/12/23.
The decision to commence BB was because the BOD considered it the best use of Capital, based on the information that was available to them at the time. Obviously SH are not aware of some confidential information.
Understaking some level of a BB between $ 4.50 and $ 6.00 would be beneficial if the BOD felt the same as they did previously and/or some SHs. (In that share price could reach the $ 10-$20 mark in the next couple of years.)
As noted by other posters it also depends on what, if any, further product lines they may be looking at to purchase and cash buffer they think is required. They would know what sales occurred in July/August and how sales are trending.
