I would presume that once you have a regular customer they ( like myself ) just have script renewed every 5 months or so. My point being the obviously huge amount these representatives are costing can only be justified on their individual increase in sales. Should the increase in Profit Not be greater than total expenditure that particular representative is a liability. As an observer from outside unless there is a suitable justification there is a lot of this happening. Sometimes people running companies without the risk of dismissal or productivity just go through the motions whilst their esteemed leaders are on ego trips. I have definitely been around long enough to have observed this firsthand as I am sure many of you have also.
