On a personal note I have been bought out of
retirement to work with a company I had previously
worked with. They are in process of taking over
another company. The other company has been
losing money year after year. Now we obviously are not intending to do the same. Part of my brief is to set
us up to be profitable. This entails selecting staff
vital and with right qualifications who are existing.
They will be required to reapply because I will have
dismissed the vast majority. This will happen in all
areas. Administration / Logistics / Sales & Marketing.
The Board members are required to purchase shares
on market. Salaries will definitely be reduced considerably to some senior managers and supervisors.
Their previous gross earnings will be attainable and
increases possibly with production aligned.
That is in simple terms. This S will be done before
years end.
