Difficult Question Stephencca. Mayne management have a history of discretion no matter who is in charge. Why ? Because they can ! Since we are mere SHs it is just so hard to gain direct access to the Heirarchy. So from this position my only thoughts would be the Board should appoint an independent highly credentialed Business Advisory Organisation. Allow them a few months to do a thorough assessment of each and every detail of the Company. This includes their meetings. Then take the advice and act upon it in the best interests of SHs even though it may be detrimental to some individuals concerned. I honestly believe this would be the best investment this company could make.
