Yes its clear they tell us what we want to hear not so much about what we need to hear . DOJ major concern alright if things don't go our way management knows it , think lot to do with ongoing selling we've seen since we were around $7 who knows . Cash reserve 100 m or whatever it is now any wonder why share buy back hasn't resumed hardly a priority compared to what's coming up , think management would be extremely concerned about the outcome of DOJ investigation why wouldn't they .
