Sorry Charts, you have forgotten to finish the sentence; grossing 80%, but netting $0 on $400m revenue. We need revenue to continue to increase on existing products AND be leaner based on profitability of the company -
WH is flat - TxD have been flatish from well before we purchased them, they won't show huge growth, but will generate steady revenue.
- Nextstellis = beaten this bunny to death, thrown the kitchen sink at it - unlikely to fly, it is just a slow burn.
Derm has some scope for improvement; but it did outperform so some caution.
IMHO the current price is reflective of a speculative bid on the stock in response to the Jefferies news and not unexpected to sit from here to around the $6 mark (as mentioned when news came out that I would have tipped any early offer to sit under $6 bassed on rolling 90 day). I do like the suggestion that this is all smoke and mirrors to get a bit of interest in the stock - definitely not unheard of - also takes some of the attention away from the uncertainty connected with Trump's (re) election. They higher we sit for longer, the better the 90 day rolling and therefore you'd expect *any* offer to reflect that.
As an investor - the effect on the share price recently is predictable. Charts??
A - Nextstellis update released showing a couple of months 8-9% MoM growth and the mention of a new team/strategy. Off we go!!!!!!!
B - Nextstellis update released showing drop back to 3% ish MoM growth. Free falll.
C - Results - Gangbuster Derm - Flat WH with Nextstellis not able to break through the ~3% MoM growth. New mention of change of Strategy. Consolidation in SP reflective of profitability becoming a longer, slower burn based on weak WH. This was before the Jetteries news - and hope of a bite.
