In fairness... Rereading the question - Hadrian is right (obviously, as the settlement was paid in July); but I answered for the update, not the 1/2.
The company - settlement and abnormals aside - is still -CF and that's what they need to correct a.s.a.p. ... It continues to appear that the company has to increase $Marketing (too much) for WH +sales. Hopefully the #'s surprise, but I do feel the market created a good opportunity for LT investors to average down - as it overreacted to the revenue and not the total message.
