Would have been nice to gain control over the IP for products we market in the US.(save us paying earn out fees etc, and be paid by the European agencies for those licenses.)obviously Gedeon Richter have deeper pockets that us and look like they’ll take the lot.
Hopefully we can negotiate a better deal with new owners to benefit us.
Time will tell, market reaction so far is positive.
