The best thing BLY can do is keep a very tight grip on costs. Mining service/engineering sector is looking more vulnerable each passing day. $2.50 could soon be breached. Analyst consensus targets are ridiculously high. PE ratios of 5.0-8.0 will become the 'new normal' for many sectors including engineering. $2.30 certainly not inconceivable.
