$1 sp would equal market cap of $310M. Based on PE of 4 (as they are a unproven biotech) then EBIT would need to be 77M and sales of approx. 100M.
This would imply 10,000 users. Obviously they won't be able to hit this without FDA approval on CF alone.
My estimates of uptake in 12 months time...
EU - 2000
AU - 500
Therefore $25M sales and EBIT of c. $19M and implied market cap of $76M.
So in a nutshell, we really need good bronchi results.
Interested to hear everyone's thoughts on when and why we will hit $1.
