Just Sayin is the news statement below correct as I do not see this as part of Big Ecca's Announcement Eric says the finalisation of the grant is subject to negotiation of suitable legal documentation and approval by the Buru Board and not conditional on who wins the election. If the below is true true then one can understand the markets reaction to this announcement.
