SSN have been unable to get any continuity with flow rates on Defender so it will be interesting to see if HAL will make a decision by the 31st of March or request an extension.

TB seemed confident because of recent discussions that HAL will commit to Magic US 38 (2nd appraisal) which will say a lot regarding the Hawk Springs Project. HAL would still have a minimum of 12.5% WI in the project, so it will be in their interest to learn more about the Niobrara and to find a way
to unlock the play.
