"Why did those 2 directors depart? They don't endorse the BHAG maybe??"
On the contrary, I would suggest that it was G. Greenhill and G. McGarry who were not in favour of the BHAG. The exit of the two directors reminds me of the old bull/young bull classic. The young bulls wanted to go and chase gold fluff over the fence and blow the dividend pay out in the process.
The old bulls wanted to wander quietly down the Jaurdi paddock and extract the last ounce of gold and pay annual dividends. I think the old bulls might have won the day. As a result don't expect the share price to change much as it will be steady as we go for the foreseeable future, with dividends thrown in of course.
I'm sure the young bulls will show up somewhere, maybe Timor-Leste?
