Not saying you are unequivocally wrong, I have no evidence to support that. but your logic just doesn't make sense. You have no evidence to suggest the decision to leave by the two departing directors was "sudden", as in it happened the day of the AGM. Therefore, if the incumbent directors did not want to release essentially a mission statement for their company that didn't resonate with their thinking there is just no way they would. Even if it were "sudden", if it meant the AGM were delayed a few minutes to remove a slide that is exactly what would happen. Sorry, it just doesn't make sense.
