It is understood that the current management of CTR, who admit to being more specialized in "management" and "finance" appropriate for a start up company, are to appoint new members to the management team that will be more experienced and focused on development of the oil and gas interests of the company.
We look forward with great anticipation to clarification and expansion in due course.
