You will not get any answer re the share price from MAK but take it from me, something funny is going on with the sp and has been for a few weeks, in fact from about the time MAK announced the proposed takeover offer for BON!!!
Certainly if the BON deal gets the nod there are a few MAK directors that gain financially from that deal.
Do your sums as i have, just based on the current share prices of both companies and then take into account the varying growth potential of the two companies over the next 2 year period.
what news are we expecting next, page-16
