Do you really believe that is a realistic chance ? I would be very suprised if the Laos government was that silly - afterall look at what a handy benefits foreign investment has had over there (well in the Ox's case anyway - according to what we are told). The confidence and willingness of foreign investors to go into Laos would take a big hit from any such action. Ox's share price might halve but the damage to the economy of Laos would be major as well - can't see it.
